- INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE — MyPerfectLead is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. MyPerfectLead collects information from our users at several different points on our web site. We use contact information to send the user information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. The user’s contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site and may be shared with third parties on an aggregate basis; however, this data does not including any personally identifying information about a user. We may use information collected to promote other affiliate programs, products, web sites and services. Information about a user’s computer hardware and software is automatically collected by MyPerfectLead and may be shared with third parties whose services are used for traffic analysis purposes. This information is used by MyPerfectLead to maintain and improve the quality of the service and to generate statistics regarding use of the MyPerfectLead site.

For instance, by setting a cookie for MyPerfectLead, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this Site. MyPerfectLead may enter into advertising and affiliate relationships with third party web sites which drive interested parties to our Site. Information that is collected on these 3rd party sites are not controlled by this Policy, and users are advised to read the separate privacy policies of these web sites.
- SECURITY PROCEDURES — MyPerfectLead takes precaution to protect its users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the MyPerfectLead web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, billing information, etc.), that information is encrypted and is protected using industry standard encryption software (128 bit secure socket layers protocols). While MyPerfectLead uses SSL encryption protocols to protect sensitive information online, MyPerfectLead also employs security measures to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job function are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are located in a secure environment.
- NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES — We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy both here and other places we deem appropriate, so that users remain current about what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
